In physical Education, we are practicing the skills for soccer, and learning the rules and regulations of the game. The students will participate and demonstrate their soccer skills in the modified soccer games with their classmates.

The 4th and 5th graders have completed the NYC Fitness-gram test. This fitness test measured the strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness of the students. The students were tested in the trunk lift, sit n’ reach, push-up, curl-ups and in the pacer run in the gym. The students enjoyed taking the fitness-gram test.

Our P.S.82 Soccer team had a game on January 14, 2020, against P.S. 50Q. Our soccer team won the game,7-2. Our team did a great job working together to win this game. Our next game is on February 11 th , 2020 at P.S. 174Q (game starts at 10:30am).

Our BOKS program has been invited to an indoor soccer tournament on February 8 th , 2020 from 9am-12pm.
