Dear PS82 families:

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!

I would like to take this time to introduce myself. My name is Denise Martinez-Alicea, and I am the new parent coordinator for PS82Q.

I thought I would share a little bit about myself. I have worked at PS82Q since 2019 as a school aide assisting students, parents, teachers and administration, so I am very familiar with our school community.

I am a proud parent of two kids, my daughter is 21 and my son is 10 years old. As a parent, I understand your perspective and as your parent coordinator, my goal is to assist you with any concerns you may have about your child’s education. If you need to see me, please call and schedule a time for us to meet. I am available at 718-526-4139 EXT: 1230 In the near future, I will be having a meeting with all parents, and will formally introduce myself.
