Dear Parent / Guardian,

We are pleased to inform you of the many activities which are taking place at P.S. 82 during the month of November. We will be honoring students for their hard work and academic success, as well as behavioral expectations during our upcoming awards assemblies. We will also partake in our first annual Spelling Bee. Select students from Grades 2- 5 will compete amongst their peers in our Spelling Bee competition. Please come join us and engage in these academic and engaging student activities.  We always encourage and support parent participation in school events.

Below are the dates for our upcoming Awards Assemblies:

Monday, November 14th	Grade 1- 9:00 a.m.	Grade 4 at 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 16th	Grade Kindergarten- 9:00 a.m. at the Annex	Grade 2 – 1:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 17th	Grade 3- 9:00 a.m.
Friday, November 18th	Grade 5 – 9:00 a.m.

 

Below are the dates for our upcoming Spelling bee Competitions:

Friday, November 18th	Grade 5 at 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, November 22nd	Grade 4 at 9:00 a.m.	&  Grade 3 at 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 23rd	Grade 2 at 10:00 a.m.

 

Parent Teacher Association Meeting:

November 15th – 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. – Student of the Month Awards in the evening PTA Mtg.
