I was born, and raised in Queens, NY. In August of 2010, I went to Spain to volunteer in a program that helped abused women, and children. I realized then my passion for working with children. I received a position at an Early Childhood Center, where I worked with children for the next three years. I have now been working with th New York City Schools as a paraprofessional, and I am currently in college working towards becoming an Occupational Therapist. I want to help special needs children discover their strengths, and confidence in themselves to succeed. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the movies, trying out a new recipe, and traveling. |
