y name is Ms. Toledo, and I will be a new fourth grade teacher at P.S. 82 this year. I graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's in Childhood Education, and I am currently pursuing my Master's in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I grew up in Long Beach, NY, which explains my natural affinity for the beach and the outdoors. This will be my first year teaching, and I am absolutely thrilled to share my new experiences with the P.S. 82 community, and with you.

My name is Ms. Morelli and I am the 4th grade ICT Special Education Teacher. I have a Master's degree in Special Education, focusing on behavior disorders and learning disabilities. This is my fourth year as a teacher in the Department of Education. I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all learners.

My name is Cornelia Robinson and I am the 5th grade ICT Special Education Teacher. I enjoy working with diverse learners and helping them reach their educational goals. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Queens College and graduated from Touro College with a Dual-Master's in Childhood Education and Teaching Students with Disabilities. I am excited to be a part of the P.S 82 community and I am committed in helping all students to be lifelong learners.

Hello, my name is Ms. Zuart and I am very excited to be joining the ENL team at PS 82! This will be my first year teaching and I am excited for this new journey. I graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor's in Linguistics TESOL and I am currently pursuing my Masters degree. I enjoy photography, traveling and Disney.

I was born, and raised in Queens, NY. In August of 2010, I went to Spain to volunteer in a program that helped abused women, and children. I realized then my passion for working with children. I received a position at an Early Childhood Center, where I worked with children for the next three years. I have now been working with th New York City Schools as a paraprofessional, and I am currently in college working towards becoming an Occupational Therapist. I want to help special needs children discover their strengths, and confidence in themselves to succeed.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the movies, trying out a new recipe, and traveling.

My name is Tara Marrinan and I am the new Kindergarten ICT Special Education Teacher this year. I have my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I have worked in the school setting for the past nine years and this is my first year teaching.

I am so excited to begin the school year, meet everyone and to be a part of the P.S. 82Q team!

I am thrilled to begin my career in education as an ENL teacher at P.S.82Q. I hold a B.A. in Communications from Allegheny College and an M.A. in TESOL from Stony Brook University. Previously, I worked for over eight years raising money, building relationships, and managing special events for a not-for-profit independent cinema and a school to help train theater artists. I enjoy traveling, scary movies, and spending time with my dog, Gilly.

I look forward to an exciting school year and getting to know the staff, students, and community members that make P.S.82Q so special.

My name is Ms. Barresi and I am so excited to be teaching at P.S. 82 for the first time. I have been teaching for the past two years and have worked with children ever since I was little myself. Teaching is my passion and love. I believe that every child is unique in their own way, which is what makes working with children so incredible and rewarding. I look forward to working with your children and watching them grow to be as successful as they can be.

My name is Mrs. Mauriello and I am so excited to be joining your school community this year! I recently got married and live on Long Island with my family. I like to read, go to the beach, and spend time with my family and friends.

I have taught both fifth grade and first grade, and am looking forward to starting this next part of my journey here at PS 82.

My name is Frances Isaac-Harper and this will be my first year working as a Guidance Counselor, so I am very excited. I currently have my Bachelors with a major in Psychology and minor in Early Childhood Education from Lehman College as well as my Masters in School Counseling from New York Institute of Technology.

I can't wait to begin my journey as an advocate for the students and as an agent of change for the better in the school community.

My name is Maria Mediavilla and I will be the new second grade bilingual teacher at P.S. 89Q. This is my second year teaching at a New York City public school and before then I worked 9 years for a Head Start program. I have a Master’s degree in Early childhood Education and Special Education. After I graduated I went back to school to attain my bilingual certification. I am so excited to meet and work with you all.
